HOTEL INTERIORS

Our expectations for a hotel room are easily met with a professional approach. On entry, design and layout create our first impression. I do not believe there is an exact look that will appeal to all tastes, however we can still strike a happy balance. Consistent design with high quality furnishing and fittings are essential along with the functionality of the room. We need to understand your market, whether you cater for the leisure market or corporate, and design accordingly to meet their requirements for a comfortable stay.

Technology is key, internet access, docking stations and power outlets located by desks with a good size TV, that is easy to operate and positioned well for viewing without removing essential surface space within the interior. Good lighting is essential, the introduction of directional lighting at bedsides for reading or working requirements. An ergonomic desk chair and comfortable accent chair to provide a level of comfort. Adequate storage in drawers and cupboards with a luggage rack is a big consideration.

Good quality curtains that compliment the room and provide the necessary blockout of light with sheers to soften the interior and provide privacy. A good mattress, pillow menu and quality linen are a must! A safe to store personal belongings is commonplace, as is a full length mirror. Then there are the added luxuries, like a coffee maker and a well stocked mini bar with good storage and preparation space.
