With such a distinguished and electric career in art, design, and fashion well renowned Melbourne based artist – Gavin Brown, showcased his extraordinary artworks in the ‘Running with Scissors’ event November last year.
During his career Brown has proven to be the master of all trades, having success in film, fashion and many other avenues of art and design, but painting being his main focus. With over 25 group and solo exhibitions, his work has been collected and showcased world-wide.
Browns artworks are often described as a kaleidoscope of shape and colour and his imaginative collages create a world made up of paint, paste and paper that reveal the figurative characters within.
